• Location Data (Precise & Approximate): We collect real-time geographic location coordinates (latitude & longitude) from vehicle tracking devices and, when permitted, from your mobile device to provide live position tracking, route playback, geofence alerts, and speed monitoring.
• Background Location: If enabled, our app may access location data in the background to send proximity alerts, asset updates, and status notifications even when the application is closed or not in use.
• Account & Personal Information: Full name, phone number, email address, username, and authentication credentials when you set up an account with us.
• Device & Network Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (IMEI / Firebase FCM Token), IP address, and connection logs for push notifications and system diagnostic reporting.

We use the collected data for operational purposes, including:

• Providing real-time vehicle monitoring, route optimization, and remote engine commands.
• Sending critical push notifications, system maintenance updates, and emergency alert messages.
• Diagnosing server performance, resolving software bugs, and preventing unauthorized access.
• Improving customer support responsiveness and handling inquiry tickets.

We respect your data privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or real-time location data to third-party advertisers or marketers.

• Service Infrastructure: Secure cloud database hosts, telematics APIs (e.g., Traccar), and notification engines (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging) strictly required to operate the software.

We store data on encrypted enterprise servers with restricted access control. Communication between mobile applications and our telemetry backends is conducted over encrypted HTTPS/SSL protocols to prevent unauthorized interception.

We retain your vehicle telemetry and account information for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill service contracts.
